Our Theory of Change

How We’re Making Change Happen

The Problem

1 in 5 Ghanaians face a mental health condition.

Yet, most receive no care. In rural and peri-urban communities, the crisis is worsening—youth are battling addiction, trauma, and isolation.
Ghana’s future is at stake. We’re stepping in.

What We Know

Recovery is possible.

When people are seen, supported, and empowered, transformation happens.
Our research and pilot studies prove that community-based care, paired with skill-building, fights stigma and rebuilds lives.
